Once you have chosen the destination, accommodation and dates you wish to travel, please contact us on 01534 631390 and we will check availability and confirm the price.
If you wish to add on any extras when available, such as ski equipment, please let us know at the time of booking.
If you wait to book these other services at a later date, it may be fully booked and therefore too late to add them on.
We make all bookings for you for transport, accommodation and any other services as agents only. These holidays are subject to terms and conditions imposed by third party suppliers/carriers or other persons providing transport, accommodation and/or other services.
Reservations are made on your behalf on the understanding that you accept these terms & conditions of third party carriers and suppliers.

Please ensure that you have read and understood all of the booking conditions before you confirm your reservation.

Once you confirm your Ski Express holiday booking to us, it will be assumed that you have read, understood and accept the booking conditions. As the "lead name" person who makes the booking, you will also be giving authority that of any other people, on whose behalf you have booked on the reservation to travel with you have also accepted the booking conditions.

Once the price and availability have been confirmed to you, if you would like to make a booking, a deposit payment of 30% of the total holiday cost (or the full payment if you reserve within 8 weeks of your departure) will be required in order to secure your reservation. Your holiday reservation can only be secured once we have received your deposit payment.

Please note that we strongly recommend you insure yourself and your ski holiday.

It is preferable to arrange and to pay for travel insurance at the time of making your booking. If you do not choose to take out the travel insurance we offer, we will require proof of insurance.
We will also require the following information:
- full names and date of birth of all persons travelling
- your address and mobile phone number
- The height and shoe size for each person hiring ski equipment.
- We will also require, a passport-sized photograph for each person with their name and dates of travel written on the back, (please send these to us within 7 days of making the reservation).

Once you have paid the deposit for your holiday, you will receive a confirmation/invoice detail of your reservation within 10 working days. This confirmation will also include the date and amount due for your balance payment

Please note that no other reminder will be sent.

Your holiday reservation can only be secured once we have received your deposit your payment.

The balance of the holiday must be paid, no later than 8 weeks prior to your date of departure.

Please check your confirmation/invoice carefully to make sure all of the details of your holiday reservations are correct. In the event of any incorrect information, please contact us to let us know immediately so that we can modify your reservation details.
If you do not contact us within 10 days of receipt of your confirmation we cannot be held liable for any problems that may occur.

IMPORTANT: You will receive your travel itinerary a few days before your departure date. Itineraries are usually available on the Wednesday of your week of departure.

Provisional reservation.
It may be possible for us to hold options on your chosen accommodation on your behalf, for a maximum of 4 days depending on the type of package. Once the holding period have passed, if you have not contacted us to confirm your booking, the option will automatically expire. Please note that it is not possible to hold options if your enquiry is less than 6 weeks before the departure date.
